The Orion incubator has a capacity to incubate 8 dipslides with the temperature preset to 30 °C. The incubator has a transparent HIP lid which allows easy observation of the dipslides contained inside. It also has a tough ABS moulded body which makes it ideal for on-site industrial applications.
The Orion incubator is economic and convenient, with correct incubation compliance designed specifically for the environmental and engineering industry. Simply plug in and incubate.
This dipslide incubator can be set up in no time at all, just plug it in and switch it on. It will be at 30 °C in 2 hours. Running on 220 / 240 V mains electricity it is protected by an internal fuse and has over-temp protection for safe extended use.
All equiped with electronic control rather than the crude mechanical thermostats so accuracy and reliability are much higher. It is built to a very robust standard so designed to offer many years of service.
Another major point is safety – it runs on 12v DC supplied via the transformer plug so no mains voltage is present in the actual Incubator body – very important if the unit is to be used in a potentially dangerous field or industrial environment. It is also delivered with world universal plug combinations as standard.
The ORION Dipslide Incubator is the easiest to operate. Just plug it in and within 120 minutes, it will heat up to the pre-set temperature and incubate until you turn it off. There are no additional buttons or switches to mess with. An internal fuse and over-temperature protection are built-in to provide safe and reliable, long-term operation.
The Worldwide universal power supply is adapted to standard U.S. and E.U. electrical mains (runs from a regular 220-240v mains supply), and it is also adapted to 12V DC Power sources, such as in an automobile or via battery.
